Morrowind Restore Magicka Spell Legendary

The Set’s bonuses boost your Spell Damage, spell Critical and Maximum Magicka. With its fifth piece bonus whenever you deal damage, you restore 63 Magicka. This effect can occur once every 0.25 seconds. A decent Set option for Magicka DPS Builds. Its special effect will allow you to setup for maximum offense since you can restore Magicka. But from my experience, there're some spells that are best for everyone to have: Mark/Recall, Almsivi/Divine Intervention. There are also some other spells I found useful for any type of character: Levitation. Water Walking/Breathing. Restore Fatigue/Health. Resist Magicka (the most important spell in Morrowind, imho) Light/Night Vision. Morrowind Restore Fatigue Spell The magicka cost for most of these spells matches the value you would expect if you created the spell yourself. In other words, if you were to create the same spell at a Spellmaker, it would have the same magicka cost as the purchasable spell. There are a few exceptions.
