Hi communiti
I have a macbook pro retina mid 2015 which I upgraded whit a ssd from owc called aura. Everything worked fine also whit os x sierra 10.13.2.
But now I can't boot the os anymore. What I tried:
- reinstall from the Internet whit ctrl cmd shirt r -> I can run the Installation Program but can not select the ssd. I'm also unable the format the ssd in the hard drive utlility but when i run a check whit the disk utility every thing is fine.
- start up in verbose mode: disk 1: I/O error and HID:Legacy shim 2 then reboot.
It seems that the ssd is broke. Ok this can happen but it happened now for the 3 time ... is there something I don't know about this owc drive? this is not normal. Is there some check I can run to be sure that the ssd is broke?
Tanks for your answers and hints.
